The Department of Multimedia and Mass Communication at NKES College, Wadala, is set to organise the much-awaited academic and creative event, “SHINE 2026,” on February 16, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. onwards at the SVIMS Seminar Hall. The initiative aims to provide a platform for students to showcase their intellectual and creative talents through a variety of engaging competitions.
The event will feature three major competitions: Research Paper Presentation, Model in Media, and Ad Nova. The Research Paper competition will offer students an opportunity to demonstrate their research abilities, while the Model in Media competition will encourage innovation and creative thinking. The Ad Nova competition will challenge participants to create impactful and potentially viral advertisements.
The event’s main sponsor is Swaroop Foundation (Founder: Swaraj Saste), with co-sponsorship from Rocks Dance Academy (Choreographer: Ravi). Media support includes Mumbai Choufer (Editor: Prafull Phadke) as Media Partner, My Andheri News (Editor: Pramod Sawant) as Web News Portal Partner, A.K. Production (Aryan Khedekar) as Photography Partner, and Maharashtra News (Editor: Sagar Gawai) for the award distribution segment.
